Today, we will be explaining how Ruby X, our most advanced trading agent functions and how we have successfully integrated AI in it. Ruby X has been created by the Ruby team for various reasons, all inside the world of trading. Our first product was chart analysis based on visual prowess; meaning she could take any chart and have a deep understanding of it due to trading and investing knowledge. Right now, this product is still absolutely free and can be found in our telegram with an even more advanced database that keeps on getting bigger as she takes in more pictures.

Automation software or ideas in the world of trading and investing are basically only bots if you will. It’s just code that’s completely automated, so there’s no real decision-making. This is where the AI part comes into play. The way Ruby X functions is that she has different strategies that have been back-tested at her disposal.

Some are better when it comes to a ranging environment, some are better when price moves quickly and there’s no real pullback. Either way, it’s this different approach depending on the market environment that makes it completely ground breaking, but also this is where the very interesting part comes into play. The risk management is also chosen by her depending on the different strategies and market environment. We have opted every time for different indicators or things to look for depending on the strategy. As an example, in a ranging market, she would mainly look at the ATR, also known as the Average True Range. Taking into account movement and volatility she can find.

In the more dynamic market, she prefers fast moving indicators where she can have an early entry while also taking into account possible fake outs. As an example, for the past decades and even more recently, many strategies that have been automated by people who are passionate about trading are mainly based on very basic things such as moving averages. Not to say that they are not reliable, but as an example for her strategy, it is too lagging. In this case to optimize but build on it, she also takes into account sometimes exponential moving averages, this is especially, if you will, a base. It’s an information she will take into account almost at any time. But again, it is specialized based on the market environment. Hopefully, we can bring more clarity and transparency to how this works so people can improve on it and maybe even do partnerships with our team.

The goal is to improve this for everyone and actually see tremendous improvement technologically in this world of investing, just like in any other industry. Also, in terms of backtesting and live trading, she’s mainly only on large pairs.

This is to have a more precise information and not to be prone to potentially liquidity problems or miscalculations due to smaller pairs. RubyX will only trade the big pairs on exchanges.
